Network Marketing

In today’s world of overselling, hype, and fraud at the highest levels of our society, nothing could be more important to a salesperson and business owner than building trust, admiration, and respect with prospects, customers, and associates. Most of us are in a highly suspect business to begin with. Network Marketing, to some people, does not spell valuehonor, and integrity. Yet to us, it does. Here are 8 ways to bridge that gap.

Leadership: a new paradigm that is born in service, contribution, courage, independence, authenticity, listening, compassion, stewardship, and love. We need leadership that goes beyond being just an academic concept and, instead, becomes the next Great ProfessionLeadership in Network Marketing is everything.

My good friend and mentor Tom Schreiter is famous for coaching this:“Every company has problems. Pick the one you want to have your problems with and marry them for life.”

In my last blog, we talked about homeless distributors and what’s left behind when you jump ship instead of sticking it out with your first company. If you missed it, you can read it right here:Jumping Ship … What You Really Leave Behind.

This is a message aboutenrolling others, about your expectations for them and abouthow you position the opportunity in their mind and heart. What you have accomplished is ten times more believable than any video or brochure. Create it.Use it.

Discipline.

Think about it.

Willing ourselves to do work we don’t want to do.

Notice how we language it:
     -  The “price” we have to pay
     -  The “pain” for the gain
     -  The “struggle” … necessary for the character it brings
     -  The “work”… a four-letter word

And then discipline to get through it all.
There is a strategy that anyone can employ to build wealth, regardless of age, experience, education, income level, or social status: Asset Income from Network Marketing.
